A Well-Known Police Officer in Dundee Was Charged Over a Brawl in a Local Casino
A popular Dundee cop was accused of an alleged brawl outside a local casino. The 42-year-old Craig Tosh is a long-time police officer in Ardler was arrested during the last month and afterwards charged after the incident. The assault took place outside the Grosvenor Casino located in the centre of the town. Reliable sources stated that Tosh was suspended by the Scottish Police, while the inspection for the incident that happened on the 18th December continues. Today the police confirmed that a 42-year-old man, has, in fact, been charged with the case, but they did not comment on his identity and whether he is part of their personnel. Another person was also charged; it is a 28-year-old woman. The Tele stated that an altercation had taken place outside the casino and involved approximately four people. The individuals were politely asked to leave, and the in-house security of the venue had to deal with them. Each of them was taken out of the casino at a different time. However, they grouped again, and an assault took place outside, right before Tosh was arrested and afterwards charged. The Police were already prepared to deal with the incident since they were outside the casino at the time. A spokeswoman for the Grosvenor Casino stated that they were aware of an incident on that date. A spokesman for the Crown Office reported that the Dundee procurator fiscal received a report concerning a 42-year-old man that is connected with the incident on December 18.
