William Hill US is Taking Bets on Dreamhack Masters as Nevada Regulators Allow It

Where can you bet on the CSGO Dreamhack 2017 in the US?
William Hill US will be taking wagers on the 2017 Dreamhack Masters in Las Vegas after they received the Nevada Gaming Control Board’s approval. The CS: GO event will run between 15th and 19th February and has attracted the best names in the competitive esports. Currently, William Hill powers 108 sportsbooks and a mobile application in Nevada. Their customers will have the opportunity to use the betting portal they prefer to place wagers. The betting options will include matchup bets on the quarterfinals, the semifinals, and of course on the finals of the tournament.

Esports betting will start to grow in Nevada

This news bodes quite well for the potential future of esports wagering in Nevada. William Hill should consider setting for approval on several of the other esports tournaments in the state. Recently, Millennial Esports announced that it might be hosting the NA Qualifier LAN event in Nevada as part of the HALO World Championships. However, I am not sure if they have considered the president’s new ban. Not to mention that in July the Evolution Championship Series will return to Las Vegas. There is no need to remind you that last year’s event attracted around 15,000 players who participated at least one of the fighting games (which is a record-breaking number). Over than 5k were registered to compete in the Street Fighter event. The entire event was broadcasted on ESPN2 and streamed on Twitch, which created a massive audience.
